Sp2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms governing your use of the sp2 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered sp2 users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using the sp2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the sp2 platform.
To use the sp2 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be residing in or physically located in Malaysia when using the platform.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not prohibited by local laws from participating in online betting activities.
- Never previously been designated as a prohibited or excluded user by sp2.
Sp2 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one account on sp2. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. sp2 reserves the right to verify all submitted information and request supporting documents at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. sp2 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the sp2 support team immediately via email at [email protected].
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Users agree to use the sp2 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of the sp2 system.
- Manipulating or attempting to modify the platform's source code, database, or infrastructure.
- Using a VPN or proxy to mask your actual location in order to circumvent geographical restrictions.
- Fraud, identity theft, or impersonating another user.
- Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Misuse of promotions or bonuses with the intent to exploit offer terms.
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the sp2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). sp2 does not cover any currency conversion fees and does not accept transactions in foreign currencies directly.
Deposit: You can make deposits using supported payment methods including DuitNow, internet banking transfers, and approved local e-wallets. The minimum deposit is RM10. Deposit funds are credited to your account upon transaction verification, typically within minutes for instant processing methods.
Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours once all compliance checks and identity verification are complete. sp2 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or additional identity verification purposes without prior notice.
Sp2 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking network disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property Rights
The sp2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, sp2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including betting losses, service disruptions, or data loss.
No guarantee is made that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be fully secure from security threats at all times.
Sp2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasons including terms violations, suspicious activity, law enforcement requests, or at sp2's absolute discretion.
In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or serious violations, sp2 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account without compensation. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons will have any eligible remaining balance processed for withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe.
All content on the sp2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of sp2 or its respective third-party licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without prior written consent from sp2. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
Third-Party Links and Services: The sp2 platform may utilise third-party payment processing services, game providers, or technical infrastructure. sp2 is not responsible for the privacy practices, terms of service, or actions of such third parties. Use of third-party services through the sp2 platform is at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms: sp2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the sp2 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
