Account Information: Full name, date of birth, email address, phone number and encrypted password. This information is required to verify your identity and enable secure access to your account.

Payment Information: Details of your deposit and withdrawal methods, such as bank account numbers or e-wallet information. All transactions are conducted in MYR (RM). We do not store full card numbers — all sensitive financial data is processed through encrypted payment channels.

Device & Browser Information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution and general location. This data is used to optimise the mobile experience and detect suspicious access.

Usage Data: Pages visited, session duration, games or markets accessed, and general interaction patterns. This helps sp2 improve the platform based on real user needs.

Storage & Retention Period: Active account data is retained for the duration your account remains active and up to 5 years after account closure to comply with Malaysian legal requirements. Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 2 years. sp2 does not retain any data beyond the stipulated retention period.

Security Measures: All personal data is protected with SSL encryption during transmission and stored in encrypted databases. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only and solely for legitimate operational purposes.

Sharing with Third Parties: sp2 does not sell, rent or trade users' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. User information is only shared with:
